The joy of dancing has been part of Debora's life since early childhood. From tap, acrobats, jazz, clogging, belly dance, ballroom dance, and later on in life, creative style movement dance and yoga dance. It was through discovering creative style dance that allowed her the freedom of expression and the feeling of "wholeness". She believes the benefits of creative dance and movements are numerous. Energizing and toning the body, to quieting the mind, to feeling one's own personal power, to self trust and inner joy. It allows one to let go, be playful and tap into creativity. It offers joy, gratitude, total relaxation and inner peace.
Debora became a certified teacher in a "creative style of dance" in 2007. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training Program in March 2014, Teaching Chair Yoga Certificate in 2014 and Laughter Yoga Certification in 2015.
