Our yoga studio is peaceful and evokes a serene environment.  Our yoga instructors have been trained and are all certified in yoga practice. Our classes range from restorative, hatha, vinyasa, ying yang & much more.  We also offer aroma-yoga. Our instructors offer classes for beginners as well as those advanced in the yoga practice.

We, at Mistico Mimi Wellness Centre, believe in all its benefits, and there are too many to mention, so we have selected a few of our favourite benefits:


Flexibility: Yoga has positions that act upon the various joints of the body.


Detoxification: Just by gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging them, yoga can ensure blood supply to parts of the body, aiding in the flushing out of toxins from our body, in addition to providing nourishment This benefits us by delaying ageing and increasing our energy.


Harmonization of the body: Yoga harmonizes the mind with the body, and this results in real benefits. Yoga and meditation work fantastically well to achieve harmony and helps the mind work in sync with the body. Stress affects parts of our physical, and emotional systems and we can correct this through yoga practice and meditation. Yoga and meditation work together to achieve the goal of unity of mind, body and spirit, which results in a state of bliss.


Increases lubrication of joints and ligaments: Yoga positions exercise the different tendons and ligaments of the body. When non-strenuous yoga positions are performed, they work to create flexibility.
